With a rich background in talent development, Claire is a proven Recruiting, Human Resources, Training, and Employee Engagement expert and the Founder of Clarity Career Solutions. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baylor University and Certified Professional Career Coach and Certified Professional Resume Writer certifications, she incorporates a results-based and personalized approach to talent management. Claire’s also a Strong Interest Inventory Certified Practitioner through the Myers-Briggs Company. After spending many years serving within global corporations and start-ups, successfully hiring hundreds of teammates, she currently acts as an independent consultant across a variety of industries with Clarity Career Solutions.

Hannah is enthusiastic about creating captivating written and visual content that will aid in setting each client apart from various competitors. Utilizing her degree in Strategic Communications from Liberty University, she holds a wide range of professional experience that includes sales, marketing, graphic design, and customer service. Although she has gained specialized skills in multiple areas of expertise over time, she considers herself a life-long learner who is eager to continue growing her abilities to assist other professionals with Clarity Career Solutions.
Residing in Colorado with her husband and daughters, Hannah’s passions include staying home with her daughters, spending time outdoors, and connecting with new friends over coffee. She looks forward to bringing positivity, integrity, and diligence to the Clarity Career Solutions team and to prospective clients.
